DELIVERY POLICY

General Conditions:

Deliveries will be made via the postal service or a carrier, as chosen by the buyer, and the timeline begins from the confirmation of payment in business days, meaning it does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Occasionally, deliveries may occur on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Once payment is confirmed, the timeframe for issuing the invoice is up to 2 business days.

IMPORTANT: after the order is finalized, it is not possible to change the delivery method, request expedited service, or prioritize delivery. All delivery timelines take into account stock availability, the region, the invoicing process, and the time required to prepare the product.

With each update on the order’s status, our system automatically sends alert emails. Therefore, it is important to keep your email address updated in your registration.

Situations that may cause delivery delays:

If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the order will return to the carrier's Distribution Center, and we will contact you to arrange a new delivery attempt. After the order is completed, it is not possible to change the delivery address. If you provided the wrong address, please contact customer service to request a change. If you provided an incomplete address, please contact customer service and provide the missing details.

IMPORTANT: it will only be possible to add supplementary information such as block number, floor, or landmark. Changing the street name or the building/house number is not permitted. Natural and adverse factors, such as heavy rains, accidents, or strikes in the area where the product is to be delivered, may prevent the carrier from reaching the destination.

Carrier Commitments:

In the absence of the recipient, carriers are not obligated to make delivery attempts.

Delivery can only be made to an individual over 18 years old who presents a form of identification. The carrier is prohibited from: entering the residence; delivering by alternative means (for example, hoisting a product through a window); installing or maintaining products; opening the product packaging; delivering to an address different from that indicated on the DANFE; and delivering to minors or individuals without identification.
